Scope of Work: The project consisted of the repair, refurbishment and conversion to office use of three farm buildings. The work included re-roofing, structural repairs, up-grading and insulating walls and floors, replacement of doors and windows, installation of toilet and kitchen facilities, electrical, water and drainage services together with associated external works and decoration.
